Omnibus. Impact on the professional visa 
The Omnibus be emerging as a great opportunity motivator of professional competence, and therefore unregulated engineers as in our case, an issue that takes its greatest extent with the reform of professional visa requirement. Since the entry into force of this reform will lapse this requirement except in those activities established by law (see RD xxx/2010 on visa requirements collegial professional work.

Bill clarifies that " visa requirements can not serve to unduly restrict the business activity since visa can be obtained not registered when there is no legal reserve collegiate activity "and goes on to say that" lack of licensing may not be cause for denial of the visa it is established the obligation of membership .
professional association for one of the most important things that incorporates the Omnibus Act in the legislative framework is the total integration non-regulated professions. To this end, the Bill says " are lower barriers to market entry of new professionals from the new degrees adapted to the Bologna process as even without a professional association may also reference endorse their professional work ".
This is critical, because with this new concept of professional management what is valued is the subject (engineer), but the ability of the work done by that individual in a particular activity (energy, environmental, geotechnical, etc. ..). This will enable a graduate X visa a project for which it has jurisdiction over the professional body X, Y and Z. .. or any other professional body empowered to issue the visa in that particular occupation.
The Association supports the transposition of the current Services Directive and the reform of college visa under the terms defined by the Omnibus suppression college visa requirement, contrary to the position taken by the group of professional associations.
